Subscriptions are cancellable at any time. Further, You can suspend your subscription for renewal at a future date by emailing us at dmay@marketingsolutionshouston.com
1. All sales are final. Coffee is picked up or delivered. You may refuse the batch prior at delivery but now afterward. We care about the quality of our product. If you have an issue send us an email with your phone number and we will talk and bring you an extra bag on your next delivery.
2. By subscribing to our coffee service with a credit card, you agree to have Texas Pour House roast your coffee weekly and to pick it up at our pre-arranged event each week. You must pre-order your coffee by subscription as all coffee is fresh flame roasted to order.
3. Texas Pour House operates under Texas Cottage Laws

4. Product may vary
Part of the delight of small locally fresh roasted coffee is the coffee may vary from week to week. This is mostly due to purchasing the best beans possible each month from different regions of the world. Also, the flame roasting process creates wonderful flavors that may vary modestly from week to week. We see this as a positive as taste fatigue is a major issue with food and beverages.
5. We are Humans
This site is built by the roasters and managed by the roasters. We are available every week at our email addresses and at pre-arranged meeting locations. It is our pleasure to be more than an inhuman site. We are always open to talking and improving our product for your enjoyment. I hope we see you out and about. And Texas Pour House is our protected trademark. Use without our permission is not okay.

We don’t share your data. Our partners Mail Chimp, Stripe, and Woo Commerce are leaders in their fields and their privacy policies are available on line.
1. How your data is used
Your data is stored and used to send you email updates and to pay for your subscription services. Your credit card data is used by Stripe and Woo Commerce. Your email data is used in our mail chimp account to send out updates.
2. Cookies
If you are served a cookie it was built into a partner site or imbedded by google for analytics purposes (ie new visitor vs repeat visitor) Always a good practice to delete your browsing history and cookies every so often.
3. Tell your friends
You need not keep Texas Pour House a secret. Fee free to share your wonderful coffee experience with your friends and colleagues. Yes we will sell coffee to your restaurant too!
4. Big Brother
I was a huge fan of Orwell. Unfortunately he was prophetic. So always assume anything you share online could get to people you did not intend tor. So by all means be careful. But don’t let it stop you from getting some of the best coffee known to man
5. No Lawyers were engaged
Not a big fan of the profession. Our legal statement is that we have all the rights and you have none. That said, lawyers aside, Texas Pour House will work diligently to ensure our customers are happy. No attorneys were harmed in the production of this statement, but they were ignored.
